Pasidee S.L Maintenance Care

  

Although Saunas are one of the most care free areas of your home and the maintenance care is fairly minimal it would be recommended to have them inspected by a professional from time to time.

 

This is why Pasidee S.L also provide a maintenance care service for your sauna. We will make sure that your sauna and accessories are in tip-top condition, we will care and treat the wood, especially taking care that the door will not swell due to the excess water. Care for the heater, (a wood burning heater needs extra attention due to the ashes and the exhaust pipe) sauna stones will be inspected to make sure that they are not cracking. Because of the high stress that they are under from the continual heating and cooling, sauna stones should be replaced occasionally.

 

Even if Pasidee S.L did not provide and install your sauna, we will still provide you with the after care if required. Just contact our team to arrange for a free inspection.

 


Pasidee S.L Preventative Maintenance Contracts


It goes without saying that we want your sauna to last for many years to come and to do this - regular maintenance of your Harvia equipment is important.

 

Pasidee S.L Preventative Maintenance Contracts are a great way to protect your Harvia investment and keep your unit in great condition. Our engineers will visit the site and service your Harvia equipment, fully cleaning and fault finding along the way, as well as the scheduled maintenance work which will eliminate most of the problems that cause units to fail.

A Preventative Maintenance Agreement is a great way to protect your sauna equipment and keep it running smoothly for many years to come. Experience has shown that following a regular maintenance schedule will prolong the life of your Harvia equipment as well significantly reduce the number of “breakdowns” that occur – which ultimately will save you money and keep your customers happy.
Under this agreement, we will send a qualified (and authorised) engineer to site at pre-arrange times to site. We always strive to arrange a time that is convenient and we will work sensitively. We thoroughly check each piece of equipment and do the scheduled service for that visit. We will change the parts that need changing (these are invoiced separately) and because the parts are direct from Harvia – you also, where applicable, get a 12 months warranty on those parts. The manufacturer recommends that certain parts be changed at specific intervals.

We are the only authorised Harvia Company in The Canary Islands. Service from other companies is not authorised by Harvia. Only parts purchased from us are genuine Harvia parts that, where applicable, come with a 12 months Harvia warranty.

Whilst there is no disputing that Harvia supply the best sauna products in the world – it is our job, here at Pasidee S.L, to ensure that the service and backup for our Canarian customers meets the same standards. The aims of the service side are simple: to provide quality service, quickly, continually and helpfully – or, to elaborate:

• To ensure that our service and backup match the quality and expertise found in the Harvia Product range.
• To provide a prompt response and resolution to any and all technical issues.
• To continually support our customers with ongoing maintenance.
• To make dealing with members of our technical team a very pleasant one.

This is a great aim – but how do we do this and how does it work?

This is quite a tall order as Harvia simply provide the best sauna equipment on the market. The aim of Pasidee S.L is to provide a service that cannot be matched on quality or expertise. This means that our engineers have been fully trained on all Harvia equipment. We continually invest in training for our engineers, technical support staff and sales staff. Our engineers come with Harvia’s Seal of Approval for all servicing work.

When an engineer is required by the customer, we will endeavour to get to site as quickly as possible. In the case of emergencies (i.e. when a unit is completely down and not working), our aim is to be there the next working day. Weekend and evening support is also available should this be required. Of course, we not only want to respond quickly – but also resolve the issue quickly. As we are trained and experienced in what we do - we can quickly trace faults and bring solutions, ensuring that you units are repaired quickly. Our goal is to make sure that over 90% of service call outs are resolved on the first site visit by the engineer.

Our experience is that most of the technical issues that occur with Harvia equipment can easily be prevented by simple, regular maintenance. Given that prevention is always better than cure, we have a way that we can prevent technical issues arising. Your Harvia unit to be maintained and serviced on a regular basis. We will send a Pasidee S.L engineer to site, usually four times a year, which will service and check over your sauna.
You will receive a full report of each Preventative Maintenance visit as well as a list of any parts used. Our experience with customers who have a Preventative Maintenance Contract is that technical issues and down time are dramatically reduced, and in some cases – practically eliminated.
